Learn to resist the force of gravity and realise the core strength that you already have.
Join me for a virtual arm balance workshop on Sunday 7 June at 6 PM-UK on Zoom. We will be exploring together some fundamental wrists warm-up exercises, following by the common poses featuring in vinyasa flow classes such as crow, side crow, dolphin and more.
You will get to work on developing the core strength and stability needed to be able to balance on your arms (or your head!), and techniques to transition between different yoga postures.
In this playful online yoga workshop, Salvo will explore the basics and go over common arm balance poses as well as dedicating time to each individual to answer any questions they have on the poses.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and also for those who want to refine their arm balancing technique.
These classes are run on a donation ‘pay what you feel’ basis, I am happy with whatever you feel is the right amount for you.
