PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES
For over 7 years, I’ve been teaching yoga, guiding people toward greater awareness, mobility, and connection with their bodies. Alongside that journey, I fell in love with weight lifting, nutrition, and movement as a whole.

Yoga has always been the practice that keeps me grounded — connected to my breath, my inner world, and the way I feelin my body. Strength training, on the other hand, gave me something just as powerful: the physical strength and confidence to feel comfortable and capable in my own body.

My approach to personal training lives at the intersection of these two worlds.
Rather than chasing extremes or aesthetic ideals, I focus on building sustainable strength, resilience, and body trust. I don’t fit the stereotype of an overly muscly personal trainer — and my training style doesn’t either. Instead, I emphasize intelligent programming, mindful movement, proper technique, and a deep respect for individual bodies and goals.

Although yoga might seem to focus mainly on flexibility, I can guarantee you that there’s so much more to practicing yoga than just this. Yoga is about creating space for yourself, in both your mind and body. It’s about building strength and a functional range of movement, no matter how old or how flexible you are. It’s about accepting and respecting your body’s limits so that your progression is steady, safe and useful. It’s about working with the body’s nervous system responses and finding an easy path back to relaxation. Yoga encourages you to be present, and to let go of anxiety and stress.
