ABOUT ME

Hello beautiful human being,
Thank you for finding your way to my yoga website.
I'm Salvo, a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga and movement with others.
My journey began at 17, in a small town in north Italy, searching for purpose and a way to quiet the noise inside my head. That's when I discovered Ashtanga yoga, a safe anchor that helped me step away from daily stress and reconnect more with myself.
At 21, I moved to London and spent several years working in the luxury fashion industry before transitioning into the corporate world. Coming from a small Italian town, the intensity and pace of city life hit hard; and yoga became more than just a practice; it became my safe space. A way to slow things down, reconnect with my body and emotions, and gently work through the insecurities and anxiety I'd carried through much of my young adult life.
After years of personal practice, I completed my first 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa Flow teacher training under the guidance of Hassan Hassan at Breeze Yoga Studio in Beckenham, accredited by Yoga Alliance UK. Since then, I've continued to grow through further trainings and by studying under teachers I deeply admire - Marcus Veda, Stewart Gilchrist, Joa Gomez, Miles Mortensen, Hannah Whittingham, and others.
Today, I teach at studios and wellness clubs across London and run yoga retreats - creating spaces where people can step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with themselves. I've also brought mindful movement into universities and corporate offices, spaces that often need moments of pause the most.
In recent years, I've developed a strong interest in mobility and strength training, and completed a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training alongside my yoga teaching. I believe these two worlds complement each other beautifully - building physical strength and deeper body awareness, together.
I'm deeply grateful to all my mentors for their wisdom, and I feel honoured to pass on what I've learned. To me, yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, body type, or experience.
My intention is simple: to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where you can explore, grow, and reconnect with yourself - whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or you've been practicing for years. Yoga isn't just about movement. It's a way to slow down, reconnect, and appreciate the beauty of life in the present moment.
If you feel called to begin or deepen your journey, I would be honoured to welcome you on the mat.
"My goal now is to help and inspire people to come to their mat and do more yoga
I believe that anyone and everyone can benefit from this practice"
