Hello beautiful human being,

Thank you for finding your way to my yoga space.

I’m Salvo, a certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga and movement with others.

My journey began when I was 17, searching for purpose and a way to quiet the noise inside my head. That’s when I discovered yoga - a safe anchor that helped me step away from daily stress and reconnect with myself.

At 21, I moved to London and spent several years working as a manager for luxury fashion brands before later transitioning into the corporate world. Coming from a small town, it didn’t take long for me to feel the intensity and fast pace of city life. During that time, yoga became even more of a safe space for me; a way to slow down, reconnect with my body and emotions, and gently work through the insecurities and anxiety I had carried throughout much of my young adult life.

After many years of personal practice, I completed my first 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa Flow teacher training under the incredible guidance of Hassan Hassan at Breeze Yoga Studio in Beckenham, accredited by Yoga Alliance UK. Since then, I’ve continued to grow and expand my teaching through additional trainings and by exploring different styles of yoga.

Today, I teach at various studios across London and organise yoga retreats, creating spaces where people can step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with themselves. I’ve also had the privilege of sharing the healing power of yoga in different environments, including universities and corporate offices, bringing mindful movement and moments of pause into spaces that often need it the most.

In recent years, I’ve developed a strong interest in mobility and strength training. Because of this, alongside teaching yoga, I’m currently completing a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. I truly believe these two worlds complement each other beautifully, helping us build both physical strength and deeper body awareness.

I’m deeply grateful to all my mentors for their wisdom and guidance, and I feel honoured to share what I’ve learned with others.

To me, yoga is for everyone - regardless of age, body type, or experience. My intention is to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where you can explore, grow, and reconnect with yourself, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practicing for years.

Yoga isn’t just about movement. It’s a way to slow down, reconnect, and appreciate the beauty of life in the present moment.

If you feel called to begin or deepen your journey, I would be honoured to welcome you on the mat.

"My goal now is to help and inspire people to come to their mat and do more yoga

I believe that anyone and everyone can benefit from this practice"
