Whether you’re brand new to yoga, or a more experienced practitioner, one-to-one tuition can be a great way for you to deepen your knowledge and understanding of your yoga practice.
With time for tailored adjustments, detailed explanations as well as personalised feedback, private lessons can help you become more familiar with the sequences, introduce new postures into your practice and continue your yoga journey.

A 60 min session, where we focus on building strengths, flexibility and confidence. Longer sessions available on request.
1:1 ONLINE PRIVATE SESSION ON ZOOM
60 min session. Longer sessions available on request.
1:1 YOGA & MASSAGE
75min session. 45min yoga practice and 30min final back massage
Longer sessions available on request
PRIVATE GROUP SESSION
60 min session for small groups or larger groups.
